This book is one of my favorites. He has a lot of good insight about the ways that people get hurt and trapped emotionally and spiritually.

I bought it for my brother who is in Fort Lewis shipping out to Iraq. I got it on audio and my husband and I listened to it on the road. Loved it!!!
