I'm reading this now....(1/29) -- wow....
it is interesting b/c one chapter will be on the planning and building of the Chicago World Fair...then next will be on what the serial killer is doing at the same time....
I'm enjoying all the history of the project especially b/c some of these architects are soooo famous...and have designed and constructed MUCH of NYC where I live!!
-- Burnham designed the Flatiron building here in NYC...
-- Olmstead is one of the designers of Central Park & Prospect Park....
