@chelsea1992. On stephanie's website she says it represents Bella's transition into having more agency and control over her story. She moves form being a pawn to a queen, pretty cool. :-)

these books were so good and so addiciting! i finished all four in a week! which for some may not be that big of a deal but I feel pretty accomplished:) so so so good!
