when my wife found it we did not even know the name for this creature. we thought it was a swallow but later we found out that it was a swift. It could not fly for some reason. Then we made a research and fell in love with this bird when discovered what a phenomenon it is. It eats only during a flight, it swallows the bugs at the speed 100 miles per hour. It can be in the air from 2 to 4 years. It sleeps and mates on the wing. SO it was really hard to take care of such a specific thing. We tried to feed this swift pushing the food into its throat but then we gave up and give it to the lady who was more talented in this regard. Right now we don't know what happened to it but we give more attention to the birds that fly above our heads.
