ok, the story goes like this:
This dude was using a nailgun (good guess wes) and the thought that the gun just kicked back and hit him in the face, but when EMS took him to the ER and the did an X-ray of his face look what they found! Turns out that it wasn't the gun that hit him, but a nail that ricocheted and went through his right cheek bone. Crazy! He doesn't have any visual problems or brain injuries!!

Wow...I work with nail guns pretty often. I had a guy shoot one right through his finger. We put a napkin around it and duct taped it...and continued workin :)
