djanness: FiOS is Fiber Optic Internet - Comcast is 6MB download Fios is 15MB download ;) not to mention their hardware is 3000times better and supported..

marcus: I thought FiOS was a Verizon trademark, but I could be wrong. Also, Surewest only does fiber to the curb, or are they doing FTTH now too?

djanness: I dont live in this area any more.. i live in Portland! lol FiOS is Verizon and its hella cool. The TV is a littler weird.. but the menues are faster because of the fiber line downloading information right to the box. lastly the Multi-Room DVR is the best. It keeps me from having to watch what i record only in the living room..
