cybergrammie: Ha! it works! I remember JCPenney put an owl on their roof to rid the pigeons years ago. A lady was taking photos of it one day when I went across the parking lot. She was so impressed by the owl she was pointing it out to everyone! I didn't have the heart to tell her it was only a decoy!
