billnreese: update: the surgery went great! sounds like the dr did great. bill is sleeping now and in some pain, but walking a little, so that is good. thanks for all the prayers - we are believing for speedy recovery and that the surgery will have been a total success! -c

billnreese: Doing well, thanks everyone. Doctor told me what he was going to do, told me it would "hurt like hell" and told me it would get better. He is an honest man so far...still waiting for the getting better part though. btw...i did find a 3 part video of the procedure on youtube. It is under hernia surgery. Crazy!!!
