@michaelj I think it's a Gallien Krueger amp. Not mine, but it sounds good enough. I play through an all Warwick stack typically. I hadn't played this Thumb in years so I pulled it off the bench and went with it. I remembered by the end of the night why I benched it... SO HEAVY.
I'm really a fan of GK amps...always have been. I like how responsive and punchy they feel.

I played this guy for 5 years, then got myself another Warwick Blonde Streamer LTD. Much lighter and sounds great, though the intonation needs some help at the octave.
What do you play?

I'm mainly playing a Lakland these days.
Is the Streamer made of lighter wood or is the body smaller?

The body's actually bigger but the wood is lighter. Here's a similar bass: kilmil.com/warwick/ad6 Mine has two MEC's rather than 4 staggard.
Lakland, those are nice basses. 5 or 6?

the thumb has always been my favorite warwick body style - I think its one of the coolest looking guitars ever made.
