It was very good! Brian really knows how to cook it. Evidently there is a trick to it, so it doesn't taste 'game' or 'wild' (so to speak)... ?!? :-/
And the great thing about it (venison) is it's not fatty. You get the taste of beef without the fat. :)

I am glad he follows the rules of If you shoot it you eat it! I never accquired a taste for it myself. Maybe we didn't cook it right.
