tovah: fun! David has a "take-apart station" in his classroom, where his 1st graders get to dismantle electronics and build other "inventions" out of them. You would love it.

benleedy: Haha, I am victorious! Cleaned out the cooling element, reassembled it then totally wiped the hard drive and re-installed Windows. Just like new. Good thing I bought a big external hard drive to back everything up.

benleedy: It's running remarkably fast now. I'm surprised at what it's capable of after the way it was acting before I had to perform open heart surgery on it. The funny thing is when I reinstalled windows, there were no ethernet drivers, so I had to go to the library with my thumb drive and download some. Everything's hunky-dory now though.
