suzgasper: From Topeka and K.C. we had white out rain with many many semis and yet the traffic went 70 miles an hour. It was time to pray. Pray for angel and good tires and brakes. There was only one accident a couple of semis but it was off to the right and did not delay us long.

wikiboysgirl: The locals are used to this blinding rain and don't see a need to slow down. I was always scared riding in the car on the highways during these downpours. And it is LOUD! Was it loud?
