openjoe: Whoah. I think I know where you are. I got gas at 5:10 AM yesterday morning cuz I was out early. There was no line but there were plenty of cars.

openjoe: I haven't been inconvenienced yet. But then I don't use very much gas.
From the time stamps on Jay's pics it doesn't look like he had to wait more than a few minutes.

cathy_1942: Whoa!.....that IS a long line! We sometimes have to wait on 1 or 2 cars but nothing like this. After Ike the closest gas to Houston was Austin. A member of my dau. church took cans to Austin to get gas for their generators!

lynnette: The crazy thing is here in Jackson (TN) we have NONE of that! Even a few miles out of Nashville.... I went to Nashvegas (Grace Center-Franklin) yesterday and got gas without problems before and after going. At $3.56- don't know what they are doing to the people of Nashville

jazz: Its because people here are crazy and hoarding gas.. I have heard story after story of people paying people to fill up their gas cans for them so they don't have to wait in line.. people are topping off when they don't really need it.. its ridiculous!

sillysuz: We drove by at 1:30pm and this place was out of gas. jay said that you could only buy $40 worth. so weird.

yambo: Tim filled up in Eugene Friday for $3.35 amazing for us b/c we are usually one of the highest states...but we have to pay $3.64 for heating oil....outrageous !!!
