oh, poor guy. so late??? I hope I don't have another boy just so I don't have to go through that again. I almost didn't do it with the last one!
funny_girl:
We didn't get him till 3 months and had no idea that it's be 3 months or obviously earlier. I feel so sorry for him! First shots and blood work also this week.
I'm sorry Bubby!

Fortunately, he had a local and slept threw it, but he's a few uncomfortable crying spells. I had just given him a nice warm bath and he quieted right down in the warm water. Then, he fell alseep in his swing. He's so precious, I love him so much!

can you see how short his little fingers are? His hand can barley wrap around my index finger at 5 months!

sweet baby. He's very light skinned. Were his siblings light skinned too?

Everyone say's he's guero! 2/3 are fair like Danny, the oldest doesn't look like the other 3. We're sure they all have different fathers.

Yes, he is a little guerito. I forgot about that word. I used to hear it alot!
30something:
oh yea, now that anamaria said it I totally remember (duh). I guess I heard mocoso more than anything. Kinda gross.

sorry that's gross but to the youth, they are funny/necessary words.
5. is a toot and I learned that one right away trying to say pero...my MX girlfriend ran off giggling to whisper and tell all her other MX girlfriends what I said, while I stood there all alone, wondering what had happened. That was one of many, many silly mistakes I've made learning Spanish.
7. is correct and used in the place of snob/preppy/also in a joking way between my friends as having the very best. They'll say, "Lori es muy fresa, jaja!!"

you must hang out with a lot of youth to be so current in your slang :) I wish I had more friends who were only Spanish speaking but unfortunately all my Mexican friends wanted to practice their English with me and so we only spoke in English. Weird, huh? Well, except at church and there no one spoke English. But that was only once a week.
