christief: Maybe you can not use two credits in one transaction. try not getting the credit for the prints them maybe the album credit will kick in. Also go to your account and make sure it is showing the album credit.

anguseli: Is this snapfish? I recently used them for an offer and it was the same thing. I ended up calling them and they walked me through it, but it still ended up a higher amount than I thought. Costco has a great photo albulm, etc. program. I really like it better than anything I've experienced... sorry...

bethany: If you signed up by a certain date for snapfish they would give you a free photo album to make online. I signed up 3 different email addresses so i could do 3. So far i have 2 coming :)
