annieem:
Beni, where did you get the PH tester? I would like to purchase one. We have been a little more conscious about alkaline and acid foods.

okay, i have a friend that sells shackley and she had breast cancer. she started eating differently and getting her ph levels where they're supposed to be (she said you want a non alkyline environment? don't remember..) but that and much prayer and believing God, it went away! It was in her lymph nodes too! amazing testimony...hmmm.

if you have a 7.0 by the end of the day you are doing really good. you are filling your body with alkaline foods and water. you can find a lot of good info on this online. i just finished an article for my website on this so its fresh on my mind.
Jackied, not to my knowledge. I think its all about what you put into your body for the ph.
I get my stripes from my health practitioner. i will check around.

i saw that you said one step at a time, sounds good! i definitely need the Lord's help on this...

I am SUPER bummed now! All of my favorite foods are Acidic! (i.e. - Coffee, beef, lobster, butter, bread, mangos, pineapples, apples, berries, BEER!)
But all of the food I eat, but wish I didn't have too, are alkaline! (i.e. - broccoli, cabbage, green beans)
But there is a little light at the end of the tunnel... I love avocados, spinach, and bananas (which are all Alkaline).

@chrism. chips and guacamole and beer should balance each other out, right?
at 02:36PM 11/19/08
chrism:
@bekah... YES!!!!! corn=alkaline, avocado=alkaline, sea salt=alkaline, beer=acid. That's 3 to 1. So I'm thinking the meal as a whole is Alkaline.
