You eat it like any other marshmallow... In hot chocolate or in ice cream or roast on a campfire. They are just home made. There are the best in hotchocolate though!!! MmmMmmm minty hot cocoa!

She usually cuts them into squares... then stores them in a tupperware. that is until they all get eaten.. :)
