ok now that your back tell me when is the Arbonne shampoo shipping? got any clue? :( I ordered the set and it's on backorder, they sent me the conditioner.. I love my Arbonne stuff.... :)

hahaha...um, I'm really not sure Sandi, but I can tell you this...if you call Arbonne (1-800-ARBONNE) their customer service is fantastic and you usually don't wait on hold at all. All they will want for verification is your name, ID# and last four of social. Then just tell them that your most recent order is still not in and when you should expect it. I can't call for you because I don't know all your info, and i'm really not supposed to anyway. :) I actually didn't know the shampoo was on backorder! I love the hair stuff, makes my hair SO healthy. Anyway, let me know how it goes. And did you get the Primer to start working for you at all?

yeah I called I figured you might have inside info... lol they said they have no estimated time of arrival... lol
