I love how they'll be starving crying mad, and then fall asleep quickly while latched on until you try to slowly break the seal and then ALL of a sudden they're furiously working it like they'll never get another meal. Cracks me up.

No, Do tell, where would I find it?! My supply at night as been so low, she screams for 2hrs before that glorious 6hr stretch..
This is the stuff, I really liked how it tasted, and it seemed to help me with letting down too. I had some real challenges with B'Feeding for a good long while and drank this a lot........Got it at health foodie stores near me.....but maybee if this secret santa thing is coming up.....;)

We have a health food store, believe it or not I will check tomorrow! I had the worse time with Grace, I almost swore it off and almost didn't attempt it again! My biggest thing with Ava is the mass amount this child eats!

That tea is great! It does taste good and has saved me a couple of times when he was losing interest b/c my supply was low. We're still going and doing great (minus the whole biting thing).

I swear by Alfalfa capsules and Breeer's Yeast capsules. They have those at the health food store too. They really help with milk production. Seriously!

gingers1025:
Yep Tigerlil the brewer's yeast is what my sister used to up her milk production— it really helped. But be sure to get tablets or capsules as the powder can be hard to take.

I havent ever tried Brewers yeast for that, but nice to hear it works! Its rich in B vitamins and is excellent on buttered toast (if the idea of taking it plain is too much); K calls it yeasty toast

Hmmm, that toast sounds yum! I will try these suggestions, Ava thanks you all ; )

Wow I am amazed people eat it plain, as I have heard so many people complain about the taste. That makes it a lot easier :)

I use it in a lot of vegetarian dishes. I have some good recipes for tofu that use it, also there is a yeast gravy that uses it. I wouldnt ever eat it plain but love it as an ingredient!

I only took the capsules. I think they were quite a bit cheaper too.
