what a great way to start of the new year! it all looks yummy, but i might have to sneak the kale into soup or juice.

the kale is so yummy in a soup with sausage and potatoes in a chicken broth and white wine base. We also eat it steamed and tossed with olive oil and sauteed onions or garlic. Good luck!

Make Leek soup since you have leek and potatoes. My German friend taught me house to make it.
