Oh man! SO interested!!!! I want to learn anything and everything, but starting with the basics would be great! An area that I would espescially like more knowledge in is concepts of light (how to adjust settings according to lighting, prefered lighting for different types of photography, and ways to overcome lighting problems). I am super excited about this! Thanks Bret! :o)

Ooooh YES!! I am with Heather on all that...mastering low light situations indoors, and flash bouncing lessons and techniques! I am in need of some good advice and things to practice for all indoor lighting situations

Thanks for the response everyone! I guess I have my work cut out for me! @jazzy - when I eventually get an iPhone (prophesying over myself there) I'll be able to you out more - until then, here's a couple of suggestions. First a book by a guy whose a pretty good author if you can put up with his humor (oh yea, you're married to Chris, nevermind ;-) http://www.kelbytraining.com/product/the-iphone-book-second-edition.html And second, here's a blog post from a commercial photog I follow: http://blog.chasejarvis.com/blog/2008/12/5-tips-for-making-great-iphone-photos.html Hope this helps!
