@tiff...thank you. 8-) i was taking valium (or however you spell it) but ran out and don't want to keep taking it cause its addictive. but when i don't take it i'm only sleeping 3 or 4 hours. its awful...

aprillynn: Hi! I only know of you threw Joanna Rayburn, BUT I to NEVER sleep ever. They gave me xanex but I dont want to have to keep taking it. I maybe maybe get 3 hours of sleep sometime if I am lucky. Did this stuff in the picture work for you?

janna: Hey!... no, it did not work really but i only took it once and took the minimum dosage. i'm traveling right now and forgot to bring it with me so i have not really given it a fair shot. i'm soooo sorry you have trouble sleeping too... do you know why???
