nichole: BTW I've tried the neti pot (which seems to work well so far!) and I have vicks vapor rub on my nose, lol. @ Bob- Daniel went to 2 stores and couldn't find Sine-Aid. Where do you usually get it?

nichole: it's getting better. The neti pot was weird! I thought it would hurt but it didn't at all- took a lot of the pressure off. The pepsi takes some pressure off too.

nichole: I don't know if it necessarily helps take care of the root of the problem but it takes the pressure off for awhile- which is wonderful. It is very strange. I REALLY don't like soda. Never have. But hey if it gives me some relief!
