michaellamb: I think so, much needed speed boost and more of the newer features that will get well used. so much so, that i thought it was not fair to get the new one for only myself and give my 3G as a hand-me-down. Probably could have done ok with the 16G models instead of the 32G's though, but it worked out ok since I sold my 3G that same day for $260 cash.
