Erin, this is inside the kitchen area that I gutted and yes that is a cedar log, but it is just placed there to help hold up the house I had some trees fall down in the woods behind the house so I made use of them.
Angela, yes it has been humid, although we now have a little bit of a dry spell. Could use some rain.

Oh..O.k. I can see it now..I saw the square patch of dirt and then the tree and thought it was growing right there in the middle of the house..Joe I am very impressed with your remodels..you have a true artisan spirit.
