The property has a (very) large house up front and then a small little 'Ohana" house out back. His parents are letting us move into the Ohana house and we'll be basically living by ourselves (after 5 or so years).
It has this large room up front, a kitchen, bath and then a smaller room in the back. It's the perfect size for us (not including any unexpected surprises).
and Yes, I picked out the yellow. I wanted something cheery.
