I have so many questions about this. Are his legs totally gone or are they folded up in that thing? It looks like a nice house, so why are his coat and "wheelchair" so dirty? How does he pee without a leg to lift? This is just sad.

1) He had a stroke and his legs dont work now.
2) Apparently, one of his big brother dogs were playing too hard and knocked him over in the dirt.
3) I'll have to call the home owner and ask them how he pees. I'll get back with you on that one.
