@Tiffany--we have some stairs too, and Hudson is safe going up and down them, believe it or not! I couldn't believe it, but he learned how to climb up and down them easily! An option would be, though, to put up a gate in front of your stairs???

sarahcrew: We got a retractable gate from retract-a-gate.com. It stretches over long openings and you can get several sets of brackets and take it one set and put it on another when you need. I was able to keep Emma in the living room with all her toys and I could nap and stuff on the couch too while she played away! She never felt pen up b/c she had the whole living room after I baby proofed it.
