I need my mom, I feel like poop. I've had chest pains for the last couple days w this bug, did anyone else have that or know what to do?

...when I have conjestion and chest pain I bowl hot salty water and inhale the the steam when it starts to bowl. It helps me.

akvietti22: Humidifier with some vicks drops in it. Also vicks chest rub is wonderful as well. Praying for complete healing in Jesus Name! If it's any consolation, you're still gorgeous even when you're sick. ;-)

sarah4god: thanks. the problem is that i dont have any congestion its just tightnes and sharp pains, i tried to do steam but it didnt do anything. ive had a fever headache and chest pains thats my only smptoms.

akvietti22: Hmmmm, the reason you may be having chest pains might be because there is congestion sooooo compacted in there that it needs to be loosened up before you start to see it released from the body. Does that make sense? Mucinex works wonders for that. Then again, this just may be something you have to just push through. I'm not a medical genius but I do hope that you feel better soon. I HATE being sick. I will be praying for you. ;-)

annieem: Sarah go take a hot shower. Let the steam fill up in bathroom. You want the bathroom mirrors steamed over. Or do what Tay said to do only put a towel over your head and the the bowel too so the steam is trapped and you inhale it. Tylenol for a fever. Lots of fluids, no sugary drinks. If you have trouble breathing, go to the nearest clinic. I usually take herbs when Im sick that work for me.
