@ Sadie, we are happy, except now she has thrush and it is super PAINFUL to feed ouch. Worse than mastitis:( I love the chunky cheeks too, so cute just like Trin and Rys were. Oh so kissable!

I just saw your comment and UGH!! So I'm assuming you got it from her. I was miserable nursing Kylie when I had it. I had mastitis with Havyn but I agree, I think my thrush was worse.

Have you gotten nystatin? (I think that's what they gave me when I had it). It helped a lot.

@ Nichole, the dr. called in a prescription for me of something not sure what it is..still have to pick it up. They had me get some Monistat derm 2% which has helped a little I think. Ugh I just got over mastitis a couple weeks ago..and now this. It is definitely painful in a different way, more acute pain. Well it is worth to give my baby the nourishment she needs..but I can understand why some woman give up so soon dealing with these types of infections, no fun!

I know, no fun at all! I got thrush with Havyn too but not as bad as I did with Kylie. With Kylie I got it when she was 10 months believe it or not and it was the most awful pain. I definitely had to bite my tongue feeding her. Could have been avoided too if the doctor at the walk in clinic I went to when just kylie had it would have actually listened to me.
