saraz: really well. It only took about 2 hours to get there (as opposed to the 3 hours I was expecting) and the people at the office were really nice. We both feel a lot better about everything. (and Justin is getting a cold weather suit from a guy for only $100! woo hoo!)

You know, Alyssa Peery (I can't remember her new married last name) lives there. Her husband works at the prison. You should get to know her. She's a sweetie.

saraz: @ Car- you know we aren't actually going to live in Susanville, right? Justin is going to commute with Jonathan every week. If I remember right, Alyssa was in mom's class at ACA. Didn't she have a brother around our age?

amyculp: I was a little confused at first.....I was just yelling in my head that I thought you were moving to Redding and not to Susanville. The yelling has since stopped and been replaced with a sigh of relief.

I was *trying* to quote a Sufjan Stevens song that was playing in my head the whole time we were driving/in Susavnille, but I mis-quoted so the effect was lost. (It's "going to the country", btw)
