benleedy: Yeah, I'm pretty sure it was worse Friday night, but we just got the thermometer today. The worst part is this stupid headache.

sky: I'm on day 2 1/2 it started sat night for me, freezing not stop, aches! Yuck this needs to pass, I could seriously sleep and watch movies all day long bundled in huge blankets and fuzzy socks.!

benleedy: I have felt lousy since Friday evening and blankets and movies sound real nice. Well see what the doctor says today. I hope they just give me a big shot of anti-biotics and kill this bug.

benleedy: The doctor said I have the flu, big surprise. She gave me Robittussin with codine too. I'm feelin pretty good right now.

abeleedy: Good. 103.5 for an adult is way-bad! I remember sitting in a dr.s waiting room with a fever that high wondering if I was going to fall over. That was 35 years ago and I still remember it.

benleedy: Well, it was only 102.2 when I was at the doctor's. I was kinda out of it for the 35 minute drive there though. They told me to stay in bed until Thursday.

eleedy: I worked a full 8 hour on my feet... uhh... foot, sales day with a 102.5 fever, no meds, just water..... I almost got fired for taking the chance of getting my customers sick, but I made a HUGE sale that shift!!!

benleedy: Yeah, having a fever AND having to talk to strangers, I'd rather not. 102 isn't too bad, but at 103 my eyes start feeling funny. The worst part is the cough/headache combination. Every cough makes it feel like my head is being rattled around in a cast iron pot.
