artista: Meg - boo!! mine was doing that and I restored it to factory settings and it fixed it. Do you apple care? I am on my third phone haha, this ones been acting up too.. oh man!

megmc: i don't think we got the apple care plan. how do you restore it to factory settings?

artista: it's in iTunes when you go to to do updates ect. there is button that says restore to factory settings (I believe). You have to re arrange apps and everything though.. back it up first before u do it :)
