Kristina - my friend steph got me hooked on using fresh pumpkins ;) i love the process, I used a giant grey pumpkin called a "sweet meat" that are the best..! I used a mix if several different recipes, I will jot it down for you :)

---- I did this one but used the spices from the traditional libby'svand also evaporated milk bc I didn't have half&half :) and martha's pie crust recipe which uses butter instead of partionally hydrogenated stuff :)

What do you guys think of Stevia? I've been hearing alot about it but I think it's strange that it has no calories? Maybe it'll turn out to be the same as the artificial sweetners?? I've heard a couple of companies are combining the artificial with the stevia. Artificial gives me terrible headaches.

I use raw agave because I love the flavor, and it's better than sugar :) i have tried stevia but I don't like the taste(personally) plus I can get agave pretty cheap around here too :)
