This was a cake my friend and Elizabeth made for a cake contest today at work. It took first prize!!!

Its a 4 layer Devil's Food cake with the bottom at 12" and the top 2 at 9". Chocolate Buttercream frosting and the house, tree, tombstones, man behind the door and cat are made of a chocolate cookie. The steps up to the house are brownies. the windows are made of caramelized sugar, the 'shingles' are sunflower seeds and the spires are black licorice. Its pretty impressive!
