Her apt was today. She was 90% effaced and 8 cm dialated and +2 station with her bag of water buldging with no real contractions. Her contractions were about 5-6 min apart around 4:30. She is now about 2 min apart and she just got out of the tub. That's the update.

Daddy was gonna leave for work at 5 am. So thankful she went into labor before he left or he wouldve missed it. God is so good!

Relying on Rakel for updates. Laurel and I decided it was best for me to stay home and rest as I am 80% effaced and he's between +1 - +2 station. She's been not feeling great and didn't want me to get any kind of bug if she had something. I could still be a few days out, who knows. I'll keep ya updated as soon as I hear anything.

She is off the ball and up walking. She is leaning on Charissa through contractions.

I don't know the details but they said she has lost too much blood and they are transporting her to KMC. Be praying. We don't know anything else. I'll keep you posted.

Okay just got off the phone with the midwife. Laurel and Baby's vitals were totally fine but they saw about 1/8 cup of blood. The thought is that it could be a partial abruption of the placenta, like a little lobe detaching or something. If that was the case they didn't want Laurel to push and then have more of a separation. Bag of waters was in tact so baby was not swallowing blood or anything. It was a hard call cause she was so close to delivering but they prayed and didn't feel like it was a chance they should take, thus the transport. After they prayed she had a little more of a trickle of blood and Lance said, "okay, let's go". She didn't bleed all the way to the hospital, they admitted her as a woman in labor. Laurel was at peace, Lance was at peace. She is in a room with multiple women and Lance is not even allowed in there. If they admit her, which I'm sure they will, then maybe they'll move her into her own room and Lance can be in there. Just waiting now to hear any further news. Everyone is in the waiting room but visiting hours are over so I don't know who will be able to update us from here on out. Just keep praying for healthy Mommy and healthy Baby.

Ultrasound showed they are both fine!!! Praise God! They are admitting her. She'll have the baby there and I'm sure Lance will be with her now. I know Leah, I think I'd throw a fit until they let mine in there with me.
