I think of my nephew everytime I drive by it. During his funeral it was at half mass. I live in Anderson and had to drive to shasta lake city to go to it. Then there was a sign thanking him for his sacrifice and a bunch of yellow ribbons tied around it a few weeks back as well. I love that flag soooooooooo much!

Oh, Anna.. That's horrible.. My brother is in the services and is in Iraq right now.. If any of y'all could keep him in your prayer, that would be awesome. His name is Andrew.

Most definitely. I was a military wife for 7 1/2 years, and have sooooooooo many friends in the service that are overseas. I have also connected to many families out here who are related to someone in the service. I have a special prayer session everyday where I pray over them, I will definitely add Andrew to it. Luckily, for him, Iraq isn't so much of a dangerous place to be stationed at anymore. Afghanistan, on the other hand has had the most deaths this year over any previous year.
