Yucky!!! I did the same thing 3 weeks ago, same ankle. All I can say is that the compression bandage is where it's at. How did you do this? Praying for swift recovery, swelling to go down and pain to be relieved.

Thanks guys! Uhh i fell down 7 cement stairs at school before my choir concert on thursday, didnt even get to sing in my choir and then i had to go to the hospital and they told me it was just sprained but its doing alot better!
