| Xtreme Encounters decided to send their fearless leader to the Florida Outpouring to get a red hot coal and bring it back to Albuquerque. They decided I needed to go on Monday and the money came in by Wednesday. I got the last seat on the flight, I got the last compact car on the lot at the rental car company and I got the very last seat in Ignited Church for the Saturday morning service. I got to the Joker Marchant Stadium and the service was AMAZING!!!!! Roy is an AWESOME worship leader and he just flat had FUN!!! I witnessed to some of the vendors and they were so OPEN to the gospel. They had never seen anything like this. I met one of Todd's interns who had lead over a THOUSAND people to Jesus in the past month. I of course asked her to pray for me. I met the most amazing group of teenagers who were so on fire for the Lord. They prayed for me and I was wrecked before the service started. I went down there on this particular night because of the impartation that the Lord was giving Todd Bentley for that night. When Todd prayed for me, I hit the dirt (I never seem to fall out in nice, carpeted churches. I seem to wind up laying in parking lots or, in this case, the cinders of the warm-up track.) It was incredibly powerful. |
