This was one of the funnest trips we've taken to the Magic Kingdom. Started driving an hour or so down the road. On the way we passed the Universal Studios where King Kong was on fire. Then we parked at Mickey 6A and headed into the happiest place on earth. This time, instead of going our normal route of Tomorrowland, Fantasyland... and on around, Jennifer had the idea of going backwards to avoid the gobs of people. We did and it was great.
The kids got to go on a lot of rides they had been wanting to go on such as the Davy Crocket Canoes and Tom Sawyer's Island (not in pirate theme). Once it got crowded we headed over to California Adventure and hit all the biggies. I also took Reagan into the Animation exploratorium and explored every part of it. It was a fun first for me. Later we went back to Disneyland and topped the night off with the Tiki Room (to calm the kids down) and as we waited for the tram the fireworks show started overhead. It was a great day, beginning to end.
