it is from "farm fresh to you." and they give you recipes with the box. We have several deliveries coming as a gift from andrew and ashlye.
this box contains. baby lettuce, leeks red norland potatoes, dino kale, navel oranges and brussel sprouts.

what a great way to start of the new year! it all looks yummy, but i might have to sneak the kale into soup or juice.

the kale is so yummy in a soup with sausage and potatoes in a chicken broth and white wine base. We also eat it steamed and tossed with olive oil and sauteed onions or garlic. Good luck!
