annielas: They do have kefir in them. Amanda, do you have the "More with Less" cookbook? That's where I got the recipe, I just sub. the milk for kefir. I also have to double the recipe for our family and there are none leftover if Mat eats with us.

To double it,
2 cups Cottage cheese
8 eggs
1 cup kefir or milk
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup soft/pastry whole wheat flour
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp vanilla
