starchristy: i used to work at a tea room and cater tea parties, so fun!

an easy to way to sort of 'cheat' and make clotted cream at home is use real whipping cream with a little superfine sugar and sour cream to taste. Its delicious - with a lot less effort. Super yummy! :)
