it started from a book called "superfoods rx" by dr. pratt. but, it really makes sense to me. it isn't a fad diet, just healthy. i am eating very natural and unprocessed foods. i started july 9th with the healthy eating, and started the exercise last week. to date i have lost 22 lbs!!! that is in less than 7 weeks! i'm happy.
