yea I actually saw two bikers getting tickets today. It's great that they are saving gas and not driving but it's like they have an air of entitlement because of it.

I wish I was as organized as you. I am a messy person by nature so keeping things neat takes a conscience effort :(

Ok so I decided to sit down and see how much money Mark and I have saved (if any) since the purchase of our espresso machine. Milk runs about $.03/oz. The syrups we use cost about $.12/oz, whip cream about $.10 per use, and the shots are about $.25 each. If we take disposable cups ad lids we get at Smart and Final, it adds about $.25 per drink, if we make a drink at home, no cup fee. :) So we spend at the most $2.50 for both of us to take a latte to-go. At Peet’s we pay $7.25 for the same order (Yikes!) That is a savings of $4.75 per trip! Now the shocking part: I checked the stats of our machine and we have made about 430 drinks since we got it in March. Sooo we have saved almost $2000 in 7 months, which is absolutely crazy. (We obviously could not afford to drink that much coffee before, but it still is neat to see) I highly recommend making coffee at home for anyone who drinks it as often as us!

Joc- We should have a craft night, you me and Lindz! You guys always make cool projects.
Sonia- They are ceramic ones. They were 60% off at JoAnn's but were all different materials and colors. So I did this to make them look like they go together :)

I color coded mine as well :) The problem is I get the cheaper IKEA wood hangers because they are really slim and take less space than normal wood hangers. But the silver hook likes to come out at the top, and if it does the hanger sort of falls apart. So I had some shirts that I couldn't hang because my hangers were broken... super interesting story, I know ;)

it's totally interesting! we buy the ikea hangers too. it makes it easier to find stuff when it's color coded.
