I have lost 3 lbs in 9 days no exercise I loathe it also just cutting all the comfort eating out but now I am not comforted : ( Just think how much better we are gonna feel Nicole to get the excess off!!! WE CAN DO IT

I tried soaking a pair of jeans in bleach in the bathtub and everyone made fun of me when I wore them, they called them "cow jeans" cuz it looked like cows had trampled me or something. It was not pretty! So, no more experimentation in altering my own clothing!
