SO cute! so... since you're married to a CHP... How can baby Daniel face forward before he's 1? I'm assuming he's over 20 pounds, but I thought it was 1 AND 20 pounds. Did I miss something? I want to turn Payton to the front, but don't know if I can. He's 15 months (almost) and 18 pounds. Is it one or the other and not both? Just wondering... :) There's so much more to look at when you face the front!
