No, you are correct! :) Legally it's age AND weight. With baby Daniel however it seemed more dangerous to leave him facing backwards then it was to turn him around early. He'll be one next month but he weighs about 27lbs right now which is very important. I'd probably still wait a little bit until Payton is heavier!
