yup. i think it existed while melemily did... it may have been new though. but ya, it's an online grocery shopping service. it's suuuper convenient, as you can imagine. we did it when we first moved in so we could stock our fridge and cupboards with bulk items and heavy things (like family pack chicken, beef, soups, condiments, juice, etc). i think it's good for that, but i probably wouldn't want to use it as a regular shopping method. doesn't really meet my last-minute-needs, which i experience a lot. luckily, we just found out our corner grocery story delivers for $5 now. awesome.

actually, you may be disappointed in me, but, i've since decided to leave beenup2... for flickr. =/ i mean, i know you knew i became a flickr user, but there you have it. that was my motive.
i was previously really irritated with people used flickr, for no particular reason besides now being owned by yahoo, and thought i'd never use it. but due to their popularity generating so many embedding options for websites, i caved. so now i post my pic updates on there. i mean, i know beenup2 has embedding capabilities, but it just didn't do what i wanted it to. =( ps though - flickr is actually pretty great, and i'm even considering buying their unlimited picture storage thing so i can chuck my original files and not worry about backing them up somewhere (you can download originals whenever you need off flickr).
anyway. that's my social networking story. well, part of it. i'm also toying with a few new blog options (i'm kinda getting into that world more than i care to admit). and btw, i think you should have one too!! i really think you'd love it, and yours would be so entertaining! ...good outlet for writing. i love your writing.
