arealchange: Yes it is a Milk Thistle... it is very good for the liver, cleanses the blood and is gentle, also lowers cholesterol .... most of the weeds we see are herbs.. isn't that fun! We have wild Echinacea of all things in my woods!

arealchange: Milk Thistle you typically would make into a tea for the liver, but if you are pregnant it's not advisable to take a liver cleanse. The Ultra Vitality/ Nutra Pack have MT in it, and it's balanced so that is good. After baby you might want to do it after you are done nursing. Also if you found this in the city I would not drink it in the tea, too many pollutants in the air, go to a health store and get some if Ryan wants to take it. I do capsules... Fenugreek mixed with is good. :-)
